Ok so I took liberties with this character, I first read about him in this power rangers fanfic (awesome, mature) and this is how I envisioned him. Then I saw the art the actual creator did and saw that I missed a few things ;D His trunk and hands have leech maws that attach and drain power from victims, he has leeches he can launch at people and other nasty tricks!
