In these panels Crusader Cat explains the dangerous situation they are now
in now that the rodents have attacked them. He feels a pre-emptive strike is
necesary to subdue any futher threat.
After much debate it is decided that even though he out ranks the cadets with
his position of authority, his years of tatical training can now be put to use.
