Animated User Icon (Sorta broken, the flash file is better)

Been working on modelling myself. Its taking forever, so I took time out to do a little animated user icon. Hopefully ill regain some enthusiasm.
Unfortunately, user icons are limited to 25k... this one came a little over budget *CoughCough120kCough*. Aww well.
And... it appears you have to click full view to get it to play, which it does waaay too fast, well so much for regaining entusiasm =OP
Edit: Im told that it plays fine in IE, just not in firefox, so maybe its not as broken as i thought. Anyway, Ive gone and stuck it up in flash, and it looks much nicer. =O)

Thats an excellent display of entusiasm, I'll try to follow your example. =OP
1. Pull this into your favorite gif frame animating program and remove extra frames, and alter the frames before to have more duration
2. Pull this into a GIF Optimization program and you might hit it underneath 25 k :3
