It's part of an old All-Boys School. Neat place, really, but time hasn't done it well by any stretch of the imagination.

I'd go back here more often but the property owner has taken to touring the place every morning at random intervals with a shotgun loaded with rocksalt. That's a pain Kill Bill Vol. II taught me to avoid. :B
