Captain Squeaker, Shelly's Cousin, is the highest Rank of Dino-phin Space Captain. though not as Daring as his cousin, he is Quite skilled in what we would call Martial arts (more specifically Dolph-foo) and intelligent. He has a sense of humor, but also cares greatly about others, especially his cousin, who he is always keeping a telepathic eye on her when he isn't fully concentrating on a task at hand. also a Master of Telekinetic fighting skills, He has definitely earned his rank. he really has no need for his weapon on his arm, but because of its usefulness, he uses it as he pleases.

Despite the fact he has Omnipotent Status in rank, he prefers to go by the title "Captain" because Quite frankly, "Captain Squeaker" just seems to have a nice ring to it. Confident yet caring, he has a fleet he can command, but rarely if ever uses it, and would rather do things himself, especially if it concerns, as he calls her "Cousin Shelly".

I have yet to finalize the design of his medal, which by the way, rarely he wears on his missions, hence why it is kinda blank in this picture... need a design o-o

was done with Traditional Rose art colored pencils. my scanner really dislikes my traditional work even though I did my best to do the correct color adjustment.. though I don't do it often. this one came out ok, but the borders on his chest plate and shoulder plates should be more green in tint.
