My opinion:
Good, the melody is nice, and it sets a good mood, but it could be a little bit more varied.
The drum beat is a little repetitive (though I can't really say anything about that, since I do the same thing.)
The one thing I think should be done is boosting the bass a little to distinguish it from the melody.
A good start.
