This song was inspired by a story I wrote a long time ago about Jaiko. He went to meet with an oracle dragon.
"The oracle placed her claws over jaiko's forehead, and he closed his eyes, and within seconds, visions of the future flooded his curious mind. What he saw, he did not like.
His homeland... as far as the eye can see... was destroyed. It was ravaged by war.
Jaiko was given three visions of the future. The first one showed the land was covered in a radioactive substance that instantly melted every living thing. He could see the village in which he grew up, burning to the ground before him, slain dragons everywhere. The second vision, was that the land was cold and the atmosphere was clouded in thick, black smog. It was cold and what little that did survive did not last.
At this point Jaiko, who shared a powerful love for his land, wept feircly. Eyes still closed, tears were streaming down his cheeks. The dragon homeland was destroyed, and for what? Money? Land? The riddance of the dragon race?
Then he saw the third vision. Rain. It began to rain. Rainclouds were forming and the smog was cleared. The poison covering the land was washed away. Plants began to sprout from underneath the corpses and bullet shells, and craters. It's as if the heavens themselves were crying for the land because the rain gave life. The warn torn land was healed. The remanants of the war faded away. The land flourished with life once more."

From the very beginning of this song, I could easily feel the sense of termoil and destruction being wrought. The sounds in the background were a beautiful touch. The piano gave out a feeling of pain and suffering with it's ominous tone, which continued for the first two-thirds of the song. I do not know if anyone else caught it, but after the portion pertaining to the second vision, the piano's tone changed to a more hopeful, happy sound. I had to listen to the song twice to fully appreciate the emotions being portrayed.
You did an excellent job on this piece, if a movie were made about your story, this would be the only song to fill that portion of it.
