To some degree, yes. They all share a common ancestor at the very least. There's controversy that believes the domestic dog and the Dingo is more closely related to Coyotes then they are wolves. </caninenerdedge

no, same species. as in their offspring are biologically viable. coydog, wolfdog, coywolf, er, dingo-wolf, etc, all quite fertile.

every organism shares a common ancestor.

They stem from a common ancestor, which is how they are able to interbreed, but that doesn't make them the same species. Read the book Dogs by Lorna and Ray Coppinger.
