Badge commission for 
pyxaron that has a hilariously stupid backstory.
Anthrocon 2008... was commissioned, completed badge, he and I just missed each other. Couldn't mail it; his mail at that time would get shoved into his mailslot and destroyed. Then I moved twice, and he moved too-- but I lost the badge in the move! At AC 2012 I offered to make a new digital badge, and here we are! This is the version without the name, since I like it better without-- though ideally the name should integrate... augh.

Interestingly, before even seeing the reference picture you used, it seemed rather familiar, in a way. I really love this one!
And yes, winter isn't always the best time to visit, unless you're really into winter sports. Or want to see the winter carnival.
