Piece for kcravenyote of her character Niko, which was originally going to be 6 hours, and then I got carried away! I didn't intend for a full background, but I got one. I really enjoyed working on it though, it was a TON of fun. First art of 2012, yay!
Also, I got a really stellar redline critique from dimespin on the arm closest to the viewer, and she let me draw over it to get the arm right!
Brush I used is made by the wonderful dreamspirit, thank you for sharing it with me!

I'm also really pleased with the sort of background you went with, I REALLY love space, stars, and astronomy, so it's really perfect! And you got everything on her just right too!

Such a beautiful creature this and such a pleasant smile. Love how that fire in her hands glows so bright right along with her tribal markings and the lovely glowing eyes as well. Love how everything appears so blue! Love how the magic fires glow is casting itself across her lovely form. Love how you show moment and motion through the arching of the fire between her hands, turning, of her head and tail movement. Love also how one knows there is wind movement by the uplifting of her loincloth. That star filled back ground is an awesome touch as well. Again love all the attention payed to details. Cool stuff1:)
