Last year I did this meme to see if I was improving in my art. This year, I was more curious to see if my art could tell me anything about how I was doing that month. Like if it reflected my mood during that time. I don't think the quality of art tells me anything, but the quantity sure did. Except... I'm not sure if it's telling me that I do more art when I feel good, or if I do more when I feel bad. Because I've been doing pretty damn well the past couple of months, and I only had a couple of drawings to pick from for that entire time. Earlier in the year, I remember having a rougher time of it, and I had dozens of pretty good pictures to chose from.

The reason it doesn't make sense is because when I'm depressed, I know I don't feel like doing anything and I have a harder time of feeling inspired. But it does seem that I just start drawing the same thing over and over again.

Also, in 201, my year in pictures stared out with pencil sketches and ended with color pictures. But this year, I started with color and ended in pencil.
