NeozCommish did a theme a while back, probably just after Halloween, covering the DragonBall Z genre. I'm not a huge fan of the series honestly, but it was free-form, free-choice of character, and I was itchin' for some Rooth'roo silliness because he's extreme in that DBZ kinda way. So I bit, and this is what came of it. :)Art © 2011
