Happy New Year to all. Year of the Dragon X3 My second favorite type of Pokemon. My 1st is Dark Types. So anyways, I drew a Charizard on SAI to celebrate the year of the dragon. And plus, more practice :D I noticed on my last work, my shading was kinda weird, so I used a different shadeing style. I think I improved on the non sceneric background.
