This is a dragon artwork starring Targon Ghanzir and Iraskor Razor.
Based on Story of Targon, the First Dragon War had ended. the Benevolent Legendary Dragons have defeated the darkness that spread throughout Dragonia, and overthrown Razkhor Razor is quarantined in Static Jail. Iraskor and his new, submitted black dragon brethrens are no longer the most powerful ones in the land. Targon and his fellow red dragons have overpowered the other chromatic dragons. Therefore, Targon leads Dragonia under his strength and dignity.
Targon and Iraskor owned Razkhor's wealth in the dungeon (His lair). Overjoyed, Iraskor plays among the gold, jewels, gemstones and other precious materials. Targon sits on the highest pile watching his friends and family hoarding the treasure chamber.

They will buy materials from Shivanian Tribe (the green lizardmen tribe) at the western world to improve their homeland Dragonia. Of course, both Targon and Iraskor are generous rulers, so they help donate the dragon families who are affected by anything disasters.
Iraskor's father Razkhor was cruel and selfish, so he did not use his money for other dragons.

Muscle definition seems rather excessive, especially when aerodynamics are important. Yet, you seem to use this as a platform for some of the most elaborate scale work I've seen on dragons.
If you could work on your wings a little bit to bring those membranes up to par with the rest of the exterior..... parhaps let a little light shine thru, add some blood vessels, well, it might be striking.
