Bumblebee

Naive nature; strongly defiant. shiny shinx.

Bee is the first pokemon to join the team in the quest for the Kanto badges. His vocal chords were damaged when he ran into a fight with a wild pack of poochyena, and Professor Oak had been worried that Bumblebee would be unable to fend for himself without the ability to scare off trouble. He kept him around his lab, developing a special collar that both hides Bee's scar and helps him to talk. The collar is connected to a chip implanted in the Shinx's skull, and transmits commands to the collar. Through music and available radio stations, Bee can easily communicate. Professor Oak felt the pokemon should experience the world, and after the loss of her previous electric type pokemon, decided that RS should take him. (said other electric will be named at a later date, when the ref is up.)
