It's already started where I live... at about 11:30pm EST, I noticed some firetrucks showing up in the parking lot, and the guys getting out in full gear. Turns out there was a fire in an upper unit 3 doors over from me. No flames visible but a ton of smoke came out when they broke the windows, and it didn't affect my unit personally - but I feel bad for the people that are displaced tonight.

There's some misinterpretion about some old calendar, but considering it's just a storage issue I'm not worried. 2038 is a more worring one really and even it is mostly solved.
