too bad, according to how the game works, it wouldn't be possible to play with a deck with JUST nidoqueens

I dont think there is anything in the rules ageist it, you'd just never be able to play any cards and loose by default every time.

Theres a stupid deck limiter rule like that in almost every card game. I don't know why, save for game breaker cards.

I remember when they set that rule in magic the gathering, I had like.. 8 black plague rats, thanks to that limitation, my black deck lost most of its power :/

THe way around the rule was to use both revival cards, Evolution skip cards, and instant play cards to get the pokemon out as many times as you want. Its just a bit tricky.

Yeah but you'd still have to be able to put out at least one basic pokemon at the very first turn.
