Another Pound Puppy. Even though I don't really favor his design as much as Pepper, and the episode really not being about him- he was just...there the entire time. I thought this guy still had a bit of cuteness to him. Mainly his adorable voice. So I just decided to draw him anyway.
Glad they straight up confirmed an eye color for a puppy.
