Thanksgiving day Car Damage
the car that hit me is behind me. It's driver is using my trunk as a writing desk. this photo will probably be removed soon,but people have asked in my latest journal to see the damage. Just some rippling of the body panel.

I loved my 95 Camry, but traded it in when the front wheels had issues with the ball joints.
Course it went 325,000 so it got its useage!
Got a Yaris now, manual, 2009, Small but 40mpg and does what I need for it. Commute!
That damage hardly looks totaled. Its drivable!

sadly thats insurance companies for you, the cars an older model so they wont repair it (unless you insist) its shocking some of the cars that are written off over here due to minor damage just cos there older (seen absolutely immaculate cars written off because of a bent fender....)
used doors or see about getting them reskined if the frames are in ok shape ( and if it dont cost to much )
