Well . . . let's look at it.
You drew it tilted to one side (as opposed to vertical), which makes it look more realistic. The toes are drawn larger - making it look like the toes are closer to the viewer, which they should be. The pad details under the foot give it depth. The toe-nails were placed in the middle of the toe (as opposed to the top) giving the toe a curled appearance. The foot to body ratio looks dead on. The position in relation to the leg is well placed . . . .

There's a lot of good detail in the foot! XD
