Wait what's wrong with the arm?

I dislocated it twice in the last 7 years. I had a near-full recovery from the first one but the recent one made it much worse and now it has a SLAP tear, a Hill-Sachs lesion and stretched out ligaments all waiting to be fixed. =[ It's just an arthroscopic procedure though, it's the rehab that sucks, first month the joint has to be immobilized and it can take up to 6 months to regain 100% strength.

Yikes! That's some serious stuff... Well I hope and pray for a speedy recovery and that all goes well in the surgery... Do you k ow when your getting it done?

Aw. Sorry to hear that. I've had four shoulder surgeries myself - three SLAP repairs with stretched out ligament repairs, one for scar tissue removal. Best of luck with your surgery and may you have a swift and painless rehab! Don't go for the elevated sling. It sucks.
