Reading the story blackroser7 wrote of Mirage on DA inspired me to want to write something of my own about Mirage. And so I did. Critique is welcome, but this is my first ever serious attempt at writing anything.

I still can't read the last 3 paragraphs without making myself very sad. Such a fate has already happened to her too, has it not? Hardly anyone even remembers her name, let alone what she did.
