XD I'm thinking of doing different styles as I grow it out but my girlfriend has been the one styling it...She had me standing still for like 15 minutes while she spiked it up for this photo. But I'm not really against trying anything, I even let my one friend do my hair like a scene kid's when I was younger. That was a mess to wash out... >_<;

Starting fresh is always nice! When my ex left I cut off a good chunk of my hair just as a way of healing. Now it's growing back but all healthy >.>

Aw.. :/ See, my hair is wavy but not curly. It's behaving itself so far but we cut it really short, I think it's only an inch on the top. But my girlfriend has been styling it for me... She says I don't do it correctly whenever I try. xD

And my gf just said hers is really curly too... The only real way to find out is to try it! :D I had a lot of fun with it actually, minus the hair I had all over my shoulders... That was itchy and irritating.

I've been doing that a lot... I keep feeling like the long hair is still there and then I'm mildly disappointed when I hit air. xD

Looks good from the front, what's it look like from the side? One of my cousins shaves hers on the sides and lets the middle grow.

That's what I want to try while it's short but growing out, currently the sides are shorter and the top is about 1". I don't know how long the sides are though.. xD

Noes the time to do it then, that way, if you don't like it you just let it grow back. She did hers while it was still long, so she had two tendrils hanging down with two inch hair on top. Then she died it blue. What she wants to do is dye it yellow with blue hi lights to look like a blue ringed octopus. Don't know if that's gonna happen though.

Thanks, my girlfriend cut it with the new trimmers she got for Christmas. xD So we were a little worried because neither one of us has cut hair before. haha.

Thanks, this was the only good shot I could get... I'm getting used to it more but the night I did it I actually was a little sad to have my long hair gone. xD But, it's growing on me. So at least for now I'm okay with it. :)

How much did you cut off, and what did you do with it?

I would have donated it... Had it been nicer but it was really unhealthy... Which is why I cut it off, so I just threw it out. xD If it were closer to spring I might put it outside for birds to nest with or something but I don't think it would really do them much good right now. The top is only an inch and the sides are... I don't remember but they're shorter. My hair was down to my shoulders before. .__.;

When I cut all my hair off a couple years ago, I cut 14 inches off. It's still sitting in a drawer in my room waiting to be mailed off.

Haha, yeah. That's kind of my take on it for now too. And I was actually asking people what they thought of me doing drag but seems like they've more just been commenting on the hair. xD

Well, I guess you could pull off the appearance of being androgynous if you avoid wearing form fitting clothing while your hair is short. Maybe even beef up your upper body a bit, but honestly, you still look like a woman which isn't a bad thing to me, if it's not a bad thing to you. Your facial features are fairly soft, your complexion is healthy looking, and you don't have any 5 o'clock shadow. Mind you, that's all without knowing what the timber of your voice is like. I'm curious how you'll wear your hair as it grows out some though. Do you have plans to bob your hair, or anything like that?

I'm honestly not sure what all styles I'm going to try as I grow it out, ideally I want to try to have it long enough to pull back into some form of pony tail once it's warmer out... Seeing as I work in a warehouse. We'll have to see what happens, I definitely want bangs back as soon as possible though. It feels strange not having them there since I've had them for most of my life. XD And yeah... My girlfriend was talking about drawing like fake facial hair and stuff on, the visual part... If I were to wear like a Tshirt and bind my chest a bit, I do actually have wider shoulders and decently muscled arms from my job. But my face really doesn't look the part which doesn't bother me one bit. haha Apparently my girlfriend used to make like $100 in about three minutes per song when she did drag.

Wow, thanks!! I wasn't so sure when I decided to cut it short if I was going to like it or not... I typically keep my hair long with the bangs so that the hair frames my face... Obviously the short hair can't really frame it so it's a really different look for me. xD;

I think you look great with your hair like this, i prefer girls with short hair to be honest so it may be slighty biased but i find it makes women look younger, and not like they're "hiding" behind hair. i would love to cut mine short, probably will in the spring.
