For my bro, Yuu who likes Norway from Hetalia, but he's not a big fan of Christmas so something harkening back mayhaps to the pre-Christianization of Scandinavia, humdidum. I dunno.

Hey, it may not be perfect, but it is really really great-looking, plus it has a lovely atmosphere and feel to it. I love it.
And well, I am a Scandinavian lover of reindeer, and I cannot stand christmas either. It is a shame that Sweden (where I live) and the other Scandinavian countries became christian 900 years ago. Norway is a lovely place, I do drive up to the northern parts of Sweden and Norway when I can, just to surround myself with proper winters and beautiful nature. Standing in the middle of a forest, with countless reindeer grazing all around you on all sides is a great experience.

Delightfully atmospheric, and really conveys the temperature and mood.
I want to give you one major PROP on the composition- because you played the "heavy" weighted side against the vastness splendidly, and there is a CLEAR noticeable improvement in the painting style! I'm particularly fond of the contrast on the antlers- they are VERY well rendered!

Actually we are. The history of that bill is an annual one that goes back into the late 1800s. You're right, the two clauses about what could be twisted with the faulty language that constructed the two clauses people are talking about can be pushed to those extents that you stated. However, if you read the rest of the bill, it's business as usual military spending and other clauses about veteran aid/etc/etc/etc. They snuck the two strange/faulty clauses in with it as they knew it would be passed, because of it being more about the USAF than those two things that - unfortunately - most current politicians would agree with anyway
