I FINALLY got ahold of some locking buckles, after literal months of searching without luck. A friend of mine and fellow leatherworker also got some great big D-rings with Os attached, and let me play with a few.

This was the result! A test that came out perfectly.

THIS COLLAR IS FOR SALE! :3 It's $40 (plus shipping). It's fairly big- it will comfortably fit a 17" - 21" neck. The buckle works with or without a lock, which isn't included (you'll need a small lock, which can be easily found at hardware stores n' such). Note me if you're interested.
