While not a cat person, and Lions being extremely large cats… The experience of being able to enter the baby lion enclosure, sit with them and pet them was an utterly amazing experience!
What made it even more amazing, was being early to the park, my mother and I were the only ones in the enclosure! (The handlers only let 2-3 in at a time and only if the lions are up for it, at certain times of the day. The park was packed by 11 am haha.)

Taken at Paradise Valley Springs Wildlife park, Rotorua New Zealand (I highly suggest visiting this one!)
