This is an example of an enameled pin offered as a promo premium at the release of Xanadu, back around 1987. I am posting because I had a MIB one I am planning to offer for sale. It's not this one although it looks exactly like this one. It has never been out of the plastic.

My gosh, I still have one of those. It feels strange to see it again after all these years. Not to mention Tabbe and two of Fatima -- though the latter both ended up rather beaten looking, sadly.

There are two Fatima pins, The more common has a yellow background. The rare one has a red background

Can't remember which one it was now, but probably the common one, since Steve Gallacci didn't say anything about it being rare. :)

I don't know if anyone called it "rare". I just know there were far fewer of them. And Paul is right. I'm wrong. The background is gree and Fatima is wearing red.

I have mine, too, and will have to check to see if I have the red Fatima pin. Loved the series. can't help but look at Unicorns now.

I had one of those as well, stolen!!

I recently found the one remaining Red Shetland Cloisenne pin still in the plastic in a drawer, and immediately put it back in. I had over 200 of them stolen from me at Angouleme in 92 and that was a huge Financial hit.
