Congratulations, Ben, for your remarkable and nostalgic illustration of the duplicitous and selfish Princess Buburina from Neko No Kuni Banipal Witt. This film has long remained a favourite of mine, and this illustration is unbelievably amazing. Buburina looks so sinister, yet retains her childish passion for transforming her feline subjects into living balloons. The looks on her victim's faces are priceless, especially the dark gray tomcat in the green shirt who appears to be the only victim enjoying the situation. Bravo, Sir! You've made my day!
She's from a children's anime called "Catnapped" She has the power to turn any living thing that she touches (or touches her) into a balloon. It's kinda the king Midas problem however, as she can't touch anyone normally and eventually she has only one non-ballooned, non-popable servant (or maybe two, depending how you look at it.) Anyway, it makes her Coo-Coo for coa-coa puffs and crazy plans that make no sense ensue.
