This whole building is actually marked up in red and yellows (and ambient light just looks blue for some reason). I think it has to do with the scrapping efforts going on here during the week, probably yellow and red markers painted onto I-beams that are critical to structural stability. There are plenty of support beams that are cut away otherwise.
