You can't give a kitty a ribbon, they will eat it! But other than that, very cute, and you did a great job with the wrinkles without it looking too weird.

Mmm, well, it's a tiny little faerie dragon or a psudeodragon flying down to the rescue of the little kitty. But then we will have to hope that the dragon doesn't try to play with ribbon and do the same to itself, heh heh heh.
