Question! Why do you add the black fleece lining for the mouth/smile first...? :o

Oh, I used to add the lining after I furred but that makes things harder for me. Right now I add the lining first (I think most people do that) and I draw what sort of expression I want on the tape pattern, pretty much like how you would draw any other marking. In this case, I've drawn the corner of the mouth as a little smile and since the lips and lining are black you can puppet stitch them together. Maybe it helps to know that my moving jaws are not like other peoples' so I approach this differently?
