Not one of my characters. In fact I don't think it's anyone's really... Just some dude that was drawn... Anyway, I claim no art talent at all, but I did color this in a way that I had been toying with. It's simple, but I kinda like how it turned out and I got mad kudos from the artist for it... back when things like this were common anyway...
