Maybe I've just been playing too much fallout, and watching too much modern marvels, but those honestly do look like they belong in the "healthy radiation" craze in the 40's >.>

perhaps I should buy one and test it with geiger counter...

These are not radioactive at all, it's just high power glow in the dark (charges under light) material =P
I do however have a vial of tritium I wear X3
