So, here's Syrax again, this time unleashed in his vast true form as Bloodbane. Looks like he's planning to raze something to the ground... or maybe introduce you to a burning, corroding acidfirey death. Either way it makes one wonder if that curse denying him this form's really that bad a thing for anyone unfortunate enough to be small and taste good charcoaled XD I kid.. generally he got the whole eating other sentient beings thing out of his system millennia ago and finds the idea somewhat distasteful and a bit juvenile (doesn't mean he won't stoop to it if someone tries his patience though).

I didn't include anything for a sense of scale here - he's about 600ft at full size. Fortunately Tymaeran dragons of a certain age and power are able to feed on the magical fields of their world so he they don't actually need to eat enough physical food to sustain themselves... doesn't mean they don't like to chow down now and again though.

This started as a quick charcoal sketch which I scanned and tidied up a bit in Photoshop. Then I tidied some more, and some more, and some more... Then x hours later I ended up with this. Apart from the cloud brush there was no fancypants photoshoppery here - just the watercolour brush, the oil brush and the original charcoal picture. Will post the closeup in due course.
