First off, why is Deer not a selectable Species in that super long list? Really, it should be split up into Predators and Ungulates. Blargh!

Anyway, this was a commish/request from work. A coworker's son is a hunting buff and she wanted something unique to either burn into wood or put on a tee shirt. She wanted a drop tang deer, and since I don't draw ungulates much, I thought it would be a nice challenge. This is the first idea I came up with. While she was impressed, it wasn't quite what she was looking for ("It's all about the antlers, you know."). So I drew a second one. I have an image, but I let her keep the original.
