I had originally planned to submit this on FA the same time as I did on DA, but due to sizing regulations on this site, I couldn't be bothered and left it on DA only. I found myself with some free time today after completing another pony pic (Christmas related) so I reformatted this comic.

A friend linked me to a pic of Octavia with Vinyl Scratch's mane a while back and I wanted to draw her like that. I was originally just going to do a headshot of her, but then I decided it'd be funny to see Vinyl Scratch's reaction to Octavia's new hairdo.
And that's how Equestr... err... This comic was made.
Decided to go back to lineart for this comic simply because I could not be bothered digitally painting it. That being said, the line quality in this is probably better than my previous lineart pics.
