Incidentally enough, the scarf comes with her. Eventually Vic gives said scarf to  insouciance's character Seth; he doesn't remember it was the scarf she came with and he begrudgingly accepts the gift, only to have it come in handy later on.... also it becomes like, his definitive article of clothing. Just sayin'.
