Note: Originally was being Colored w/Colored pencils, but I messed up the sky by trying to use a black Chalk Pastel >< Those suckers smear. So, this was sketched/lined originally in pencil/pen then scanned to MS Paint to be relined and colored.
Well, Christmas is nearly upon us and year after year, the reason for the Season seems to be forgotten. Only to be covered by long since written Christmas Specials; especially the dearly departed Charles Schultz's Peanuts Christmas special.
Particularly the moment when Linus steps to the middle of the stage to give the most known monologue from the cartoon movie that is taken directly from the Book of Luke.
Even when we watch these shows, we seem to slowly regain the real reason for it once the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales have died down. And the gifts have been opened and everyone is happy with what they got.
I received a great gift this year, God lead me to a man that I everyday love to talk to on IM, and see each Sunday that he can come down. Its a Christmas Gift that I unwrap each time I see my boyfriend.
But the greatest gift this Christmas season is knowing that a King of Kings came down to this Earth as a humble little babe. To save the World, which he knew not that he would do that when he reached his 30s.

About a year and a half or longer I heard this on a Christian Radio station on the way to a Church function...and it stuck w/me.
