Here's one of my snapshots of the Rocky Mountain Fur Con dealers room, with my booth in the back corner. I was both vendor and director for this convention! My staff kept track of everything so well, it allowed me to sell, and when it was slower, I was attending to the needs of the room. Most of the director's job is to plan and implement, during the actual room hours, the duties are fairly light.
