I'm still slacking on Chapter 8.3, so, to tide my loyal audience over, I thought I'd post some gift art ... and a microstory!
The plump little bat strolled into the diner and looked around, one hand resting on his belly as he assessed the facilities. He scaned the menu, sniffed the air, and smiled.
"Yes, this will do nicely," he said. He closed the doors behind him, flipped the sign to "CLOSED", and dropped a platinum credit card on the counter.
"I do hate to deprive other customers of your exquisite cuisine, but ... I don't feel inclined to share." He smiled at the goat behind the counter as he clambered into a chair. "And I wouldn't want them to feel neglected. I intend to keep your staff as busy as they'd be on your most demanding shifts."
A while back,
fiestaloveit was looking for characters to draw to flex his drawing muscles. When he said, "To be honest, I just wanna draw some big bellies", I just had to volunteer!
Now that he's warmed up, he's thinking about taking commissions. You know you want one. Or two.
