koopusk received a rather heavy present from the werekitten, and unwrapping the paper he found a large dusty book inside of it. Not quite what he was expecting, given who it was from he had expected something slightly more dangerous, not that this was unwelcome in the least!

Looking over the book he read the title, Puss in Boots.

That story, he had a certain fondness of it, though he didn't remember the story being quite so long to produce a book this big and heavy. Opening it up, he found the answer as to why. Each page had a large picture showing the current action in the story.

Before he could read the first sentence though his book released a blast of light as sparks of magic appeared all around Koopus. It only lasted a moment, but when it was over he suddenly found the book was even bigger, and hard to hold to the point where he completely fumbled and dropped the book. It was, quite a bit heavier.

And hard to hold with his new.

Paws?

The former koopa looked over himself, he was covered in blue fur, had a long tail, and was wearing only a pair of of boots and his old glasses. His shell was completely gone leaving him in bare fur. So, he was now a Puss in Boots.

If the book had come from anyone else, that might have been surprising.



So Christmas gift for Koopus, I got him a book. Isn't it awesome? Side note I figured since he had blue hair if he had fur it would also logically be blue, so that's why cat Koopus is blue.

Also side note, I'm gonna stop inking the glasses. They were much less defined and smaller before inking and now can't even see his eyes or even tell they're suppsoed to be glasses. Ugggh.

Anyway Koopus this is for you uh. Hope you're not to mad that I decided to sorta... change your species on you. >.>; It's temporary, I promise.
