Are these Cuffs customizable?
For Example could you make some with the black Nylon at the bottom and the darker purple nylon on the top(Like the purple collar you've posted)
Can you make them any length? I mean I have small wrist and ankles but I want to use them also on guys with bigger wrist too *giggles*
