I guess I should give this less of a silly response. IF that were to happen the coon would have a head that was a mixture of his old one and the fox's. With both his mind and that of a slightly annoyed foxtaur. The body would be returned to normal and headless (The way it's shown in a lot of modular body images) but still operating to the taur's wishes like it's on remote. Then they'd have to work out how to undo their dilemma.
