General Odd-Eye, so nicknamed for he looks much like a fictitious character by the same rank and name, and coincidentally he wields similar finesse at blind sword-fighting, as well as the same, almost unnatural power. He wears minimal armor into battle, carrying the shoulder pads and boots of salvaged power armor, and a tower shield with sharpened edges, fashioned to be held sideways.
