If you press your tongue to the roof of your mouth, it usually helps get rid of them. Brain freezes happen because the soft palate (which is between your mouth and your brain) gets too cold so you can fix it up by warming your soft palate up!
Knowing that also helps avoid them altogether! If you can manage to eat or drink something cold without letting it touch the roof of your mouth for too long, you won't ever have to worry about having a brain freeze again :D

I actually have many Icee drinking an icee pictures! This one probably stands out given the size of the icee though XD It's unsurprisingly one of my favorite subjects... lmao
