This is a commission I did for a friend of mine just recently. of their character from a novel they're writing. This character's name is Reba, but other than that, I'll try to avoid too many spoilers. I'll just say that they asked for her to be standing in some place in Tempo Rubato; she isn't a native, but it's sort of a portrait from her visit there. She plays the tambourine, so I put her in the Tamberlands, in a scenic village on one of the grassy mountain plateaus. =) I think that tall, hollow-tree building in the background is the post office, and those top levels with the landing canopies are for people to take off and enter from.

I should also say that she likes to dress up, so I designed that outfit myself; she could be wearing anything in the final version. =)
