but there is this creepy frikkin otter that hangs outside my door waiting for me, and chases me if i start trying to walk away. i have to RUN out of my own house just to lose him so he won't tail me all the time. how the heck did i manage to get a stalker in animal crossing?! ;A;

You gotta go to the mayor's office and go to the counter on the right and there should be a mortgage option! Just make a bunch of deposits until you paid off your debt.
