Drawn last year in a session with  coolersk

I think this was inspired by a dream or something. Something about a guy who gets (illegally) transformed into a little tiny fish creature. I must've written it down, I should go dig it up again sometime. I vaguely remember something about the chemicals making him some part-fish, part-bird thing. The nasty black guy was a guard that had a grudge on him I think (can't remember if him getting injected was accidental or intentional...)
