I made this out of something like Sculpy, it's not very big at all (about 1/2 inch wide by 2 1/4 inches long). I couldn't really paint the inside of the mouth very well because the brush kept getting caught on the teeth.
Don't know how long it took but it took long enough. Oh, and his eyes are crystal beads :3
