Yup. Pimped the new hat to higher levels! I made this with:
- $5 hat from Citybeach
- Black, white, gold puff paint
- glow in the dark puff paint (around 'Poppy' and is used for 'pandacoon'
- Iridescent glitter glue
- stencils
- 2hrs worth of patience!
After my work discount this bad boy only cost me $15 total, normally $25 total.
